Tunisia is a fascinating, contradictory place. Life under such a heavy regime (even the protected expat existence I enjoyed) requires all kinds of internal adjustments that you stop even being aware of. The 'release' you feel once back in a less controlled country is literally awesome. These are views of people who have very probably never known this feeling. I have no idea why they are only of men.
